Thanks Note - Six months ago, I began Jombay’s Lead Like a Woman program with a focus on growth, reflection, and purposeful leadership. Today, I’m honoured to be named a 2025 Top 10% Club winner. This recognition is deeply personal, dedicated to my father, whose values of integrity and learning continue to guide me. The journey strengthened my empathy, self-awareness, and decision-making. Godrej Enterprises Group launched the “Chhote Engineer” Multi-Skilling Lab at Swami Vivekanand High School, Khalapur, under its CSR initiative for skill development. Bisleri International installed 10 recycled plastic benches at Dwarkadhish Temple under its Bottles for Change initiative, promoting plastic recycling and sustainability. Through the Wipro earthian program, schools are studying wetlands, biodiversity, and threats like pollution and habitat loss. Student-led efforts, field visits, and collaboration with authorities highlight community-driven conservation, inspiring young eco-leaders to safeguard the fragile Terai ecosystem.

The 13th CSR TIMES Summit & Awards, set for August 2026, will honour leaders driving inclusive growth, ESG practices, and sustainable development. The theme, “Role of Responsible Business for Inclusive Bharat,” aligns with Viksit Bharat 2047 and United Nations SDGs, focusing on education, gender equality, clean energy, and livelihoods, advancing a more equitable and sustainable future.
