This recognition is deeply personal, dedicated to my father, whose values of integrity and learning continue to guide me. The journey strengthened my empathy, self-awareness, and decision-making. Godrej Enterprises Group launched the “Chhote Engineer” Multi-Skilling Lab at Swami Vivekanand High School, Khalapur, under its CSR initiative for skill development. Conceptualized by Mr Surendra Vaidya & implemented by Jnana Prabodhini Skill Center, the programme equips rural students with hands-on training in mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and civil skills. 1,500+ students annually across six schools, it uses a mobile training model and central Skill Hub Lab to enhance practical learning and employability.
