Vedanta Aluminium conducted a school health and deworming drive in Jharsuguda, Odisha, benefiting 350+ students and promoting child health, nutrition, and hygiene awareness. In collaboration with the District Health Department, the initiative focused on preventing parasitic infections and anaemia, improving children’s growth and learning. CEO C. Chandru emphasized community wellbeing, while Durjaya Dutta highlighted its impact. Part of Vedanta’s CSR, the programme has reached 4 lakh+ people, strengthening rural healthcare in Odisha.

Infosys Foundation partners with Prashanthi Balamandira Trust to strengthen rural Karnataka healthcare at Sri Sathya Sai Sarla Memorial Hospital under SMSIMSR. Backed by a ₹48 crore grant, the initiative enhances maternal and child healthcare, upgrading NICU, PICU, ICU, and medical infrastructure. It will benefit 8,000+ people annually with free treatment, helping reduce maternal and infant mortality in India, Mr Sunil Kumar Dhareshwar Trustee Infosys Foundation said collab will bridge healthcare gaps and serve underserved communities.

HCLFoundation has strengthened India healthcare infrastructure by providing advanced ICU equipment to the Saloni Heart Center at SGPGIMS, boosting pediatric cardiac care in Uttar Pradesh. The initiative enhances treatment for congenital heart disease (CHD), improving access to critical care, safer surgeries, and survival rates. “This will bridge gaps in specialized healthcare and build sustainable public health systems,” said Nidhi Pundhir.
